CREA-KO treats accessibility as an engineering requirement for this website and reviews it across keyboard operation, semantic structure, contrast, reflow, reduced motion and no-JavaScript completeness. This page describes those targets, the practices in place and the review actually performed — not a certification.

Our standard

CREA-KO targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for this public website. Accessibility is treated as an engineering requirement and reviewed across keyboard operation, semantic structure, contrast, reflow, reduced motion and no-JavaScript completeness.

This is a target the engineering is held to, not a badge. The website has not been formally certified against a conformance standard, and the sections below state what has been reviewed and what is not claimed.

How it is built

  • Keyboard operationNative links and buttons are used where possible, with a visible keyboard-focus treatment.
  • Semantic structurePages use a primary heading, ordered heading levels and landmark elements to support navigation and interpretation.
  • Contrast and reflowText and interface contrast are reviewed, and layouts are designed to reflow at narrow widths and at 200% browser zoom.
  • Reduced motionMotion is reduced when requested by the operating system, while essential content remains available.
  • No-JavaScript completenessPrerendered content, navigation and contact details remain present when JavaScript is unavailable.
  • Hover and colourCore actions are not designed to depend on hover, and information is not intentionally communicated by colour alone.
  • Header-aware anchorsIn-page anchors account for the fixed header in the reviewed page templates.

Honest boundaries

The website has not been formally certified against a conformance standard. On 23 July 2026, representative public pages and shared site components were reviewed across keyboard operation, focus visibility, semantic structure, contrast, responsive reflow, 200% zoom, reduced-motion behaviour and no-JavaScript completeness.

The review did not constitute formal certification and did not include comprehensive testing with individual screen readers across every browser, device or assistive-technology combination. This review does not guarantee complete conformance across every browser, device or assistive technology. If something does not work with your equipment, CREA-KO wants to know.
